My screen native resolution is at 1440 x 900 and when i ran my 3dmark06, i set it to run at 1280 x 800 but 2520 is too low for m1530. My xps is running on T7250 and I don't think that's the deciding factor. Or having higher native resolution will somehow lower the score even if you run it at resolution lower than that. I didn't downclock my GC

8600M GT with 174.20. Previously with 169.28 gave the same score too
-
That's quite low - perhaps it's very underclock - should be around 3K level
-
Are you running on full power mode or are you on power saving mode? ( it can happen, that though you are plugged in, your system runs on min power, you should check this and try again)
-
thread closed LOL have forgotten that my system is under NHC and thankz for pointing that to me
-
I am running right at 4000 with mine and it is a T7250.
-
Yer, make sure you are plugged in.
-
Btw, I have a T7500 and I OC to 600/1200/900 and I get 5673 3DMarks, so you should get around 5000, provided you do some OC'ing

I HAD this same problem and I ran through this check.
Intelligence - Somewhat, Check
Power Connected - Check
Fresh Reinstall - Check
Drivers Updated and Set - Check
Patience - Check
Is my POWER SETTINGS = HIGH PERFORMANCE - ??
Check your power settings, the laptop will automatically underclock your GPU if it is set at anything other than high performance
3dmark06 score just 2250 at 1280 x 800 XPS M1530 !!
