    4 Parts replaced..Now SXPS looks UGLY...What should I do?

    1st time - Around 2 weeks back - My Motherboard, DVD burner and Palmrest was replaced

    2nd time - 1 week back - Palmrest was again replaced

    3rd time - This time - They said that they will replace Palmrest, Motherboard, LCD, Power Adapter..

    Right now, My SXPS 1640 looks ugly like hell! All fittings are loose....I contacted Dell again and they said that to wait for next technician... Every time whenever I call dell, they tells me that they will send some new technician again...

    lol... Anyone else having these problems?

    demand from dell that you want a system exchange. your haveing problems with parts dell has replaced. that will allow you to get a system exchange.

    Thanks, I spoke to them. He said that they will again replace the parts and if problem still occurs, then they will again replace the parts. However, they will not replace the system. I think, in India, there service sucks!
