I got my M1530 a few days ago and have 4 questions that I thought someone may be able to help me out with.

1: How in the heck do I clean the black top piece/monitor cover?? I obviously grab it when I go to close it and it seems to LOVE my fingerprints.

2: I was pretty excited that I got Photoshop and Premiere Elements for free with the notebook!! Is this something Dell does for all new computers or just XPS's?

3: Are these the full versions of both of these "Elements" programs, or striped down cheaper versions? I haven't been able to tell.

4: I already have a smudge on my screen (or I should say that my wife smudged my screen when she was using it before I got home from work!!) What do you guys recommend to clean the screen? I have some notebook wipes that I used on my last screen but I'd like to use something REALLY GOOD for my new baby!!

Thanks for any help you can offer.

I just use the cloth that came with the computer. If the stains won't go away use a bit of diluted rubbing alcohol and it should clean it right off.

I believe that for the time being it's just for the XPS series.

3: Are these the full versions of both of these "Elements" programs, or striped down cheaper versions? I haven't been able to tell.

Yes, these are the full versions.

I use windex and a paper towel.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Yep,got my 1530 Tuesday and when I ordered I got elements and photoshop free. They said $119 value so I would think they were full versions.

Hey KidInTheHall have you bench marked that yet with 3dmark06?

I would be curious to see what your scores are as you have the same specs as me.
