GPUZ shows my gpu core clock at 399.9mhz and it doesn't move - this is on my 4670 replacement that I received two days ago.
Everything is on "high performance".
What are others getting for this setting? I thought this was supposed to be 675.

-
It depends on the load on the GPU. It will spike to 675 when needed, and lower when there is no load.

I was running Dragon Age Origins for about 15 minutes and it never budged from 399... the fan on the PC kicked on pretty high as well.
-
Under ATI Power Play, make sure that it is set to performance when on AC power.
Let us know the results from that. -
I just got the same symptoms. I think it had something to do with updating the A08 bios, or the new ATI notebook drivers. I'm going to do further testing later today.

Power Play is not enabled.
-
Enabled power play and started up the game... runs at 675.
-
Whoo Hoo!
Glad that it worked out for you. -
LOL. I had turned that off because it was causing my CPU to throttle when playing games. I am running it now and it appears to be working better. Then again, I did upgrade to A14 this morning.

Hmm, as of now my clocks appear to be suck at 450/600 on my SXPS1640 (at least according to GPU-Z). No idea how long this has been the case, and it remains whether powerplay is enabled or disabled.
Any fix? -
Nevermind, I rebooted and it's back to normal now. Odd.
