    whats up with this powermizer stuff? has nvidia implemented any kind of power saving features for the 8600m in vista 64? my clocks dont change at all and my GPU COOKS at 59-64c even while on battery.

    59-64c is not cooking...that's not a bad temp. Yes, it can run cooler, but those temps are perfectly stable.
