    Hi guys!
    I just received the new gpu (8800gtx sli) from US.
    It came with media direct installation software.. my question is.. do you know if I need to reinstall media direct after having replaced my old 8700 sli?

    I don't see why you should need to. But i'd get some other more knowledgable opinions than mine first.

    media direct is on your harddrive, there is no reason why you would have to reinstall something that's unrelated to your graphics card unless you're reformatting.
