    what can i remove? i know how to do the whole msconfig thing, but ive never done it in windows7, just XP and vista....

    with my visat i had only 52 running most of the time...........

    i thought i saw a guide to what to remove or what to shut off........ can anyone help?

    Charles P Jefferies wrote a pretty nice guide. I would just leave your WLAN services/AV/audio/Intel on and disable everything else.
