Ok. Tried to install the latest Ubuntu and everything went fine. But UX was horrible with no touch gestures recognized, Firefox being dumb as hell with touches, scaling and all.

Tried also look all over the internet, how to install DE drivers for my device with no avail.
Can anyone point how to apt-get or install or download "Dell-everything" for my device in Ubuntu?

    Cheers.

Your post details exactly why I will never use Linux as my primary OS.

^ Yepp, Downloading Win .iso for now. Afraid that Linux just isn't developed as touch friendly as windows is nowadays.
(And I'm surprised to admit this!)

Probably better going with a VM until you can get it stable.

Yep. Reverted back to the Win 10 and swapped an Intel WiFi card. Now this just works :)
