I just bought a new Dell XPS 1330 laptop. I have 2 questions about it.
    1. How can I verify that the screen is infact LED backlit and not the normal LCD one ? I mean, I ordered for a LED one, and the order says its LED but since I have never seen a LED screen before I dont know whether this is a LED screen. Is there any way to verify that ?
    2. In vista, the animation when I maximize and minimize windows is choppy. I have the 128 MB graphics card from nvidia, so i was expecting better performance. Is this specific to my laptop or is the nvidia card that comes with xps 1330 not powerful enough ?

thanks in advance for your answers,
    PC

    1) its going to be much brighter, and the thinness is so much(5mm for LED compared to like 10mm for ccfl)
    2) i would just turn off aero... its kinda pointless for a laptop.. upgrade the drivers?
