    A guide for swapping the XPS 15 (L502X) screen?

    Is there any guide for taking out the 720p screen for a 1080p screen like there is for other XPS models?

    Same as for the l501x as they are the same system, just the 502x has Sandy Bridge and newer GPUs.

    EDIT: Couldn't find a link to the thread, but I'm pretty sure there was a whole thread about this, just like there is for the 701x. I didn't have long to look, sorry.

    Ah, there it is, thanks edit. I must not have dug deep enough, as I said I was short on time...

    Hope the OP finds what he needs there, I was looking at possibly having to do a swap for my original l702x since I ordered it before Dell had FHD (and they told me at the time they weren't going to ever have it...2 weeks afterwards, whadya know?) and I was outside the 21 days (had the comp for 13 days...I yelled enough and they took the return and I got a better system for a couple cents more (seriously! -> FHD vs 900p, backlit keyboard, better warranty).
