I just bought a CA10N from ebay a few days ago. After installing it I tried to slide a disc into the drive but there was a huge resistant against it (There was no other disc in the drive). When I tried to get the disc back, it just didn't come out like usual so I pulled it. At this time, a white piece of plastic came off...Amazingly, the drive works fine afterward...disc loading, ejecting, DVD playing...haven't tested on disc burning and blu-ray playing yet.

    Strange isn't it?
