First off, thanks for reading this.

Does anyone know if Dell will ship the non-touch version with Windows 7 installed?

Also, where should I buy from...direct from Dell or Best Buy? Was wondering if there were any current deals available.

I seriously doubt they will ship with Win7. Other than that I would check MS store or Dell. Don't know if they have these at Best Buy already.

    Comes with Windows 8.1.

Your model may be in stock at a nearby Microsoft Store. Otherwise buy on Dell.com, if you can find it at best buy do it. You can also add a movers coupon/education discount for something like $200 off.

    What is a "movers coupon"?
