Now that you mention it I don't see it either. The Adamo XPS page seems to redirect to Adamo homepage. Curious.

EDIT: Found the details page. The buy link is dead though.

i really didnt like it. I loved the design approch from an engineering standpoint. It is marvelous. But I could not help but imagine the real world applications would be hindered by the 2 point stand concept.

But how would I know? maybe all the free space kept it perfectly cool.

it was pulled- Dell saying it was a limited offering to show what they could do... I think that the awkward design while cool for standard desk useage would not be to good in the real world of notebook computing

So it is. I am rather surprised. I also thought the Adamo XPS was gone for good.

Just looked a Dell.com it is there for sale- however tagged as limited Quantities... My guess Dell had more remaining stock then they thought and it will be gone again once it sells through

I knew they wanted to phase out the XPS line as the top models for dell, but I had no idea that they wanted the name gone for good. It seems thats what they want for the iconic XPS name is for it to be gone and fully replaced with the alienware and studio lines. So sad.

I know! I have an XPS 410 upstairs that has been working fine for 4 years as a gaming rig and now functions as a home server. I would buy an XPS (Note: NOT Studio XPS) again.

Damn them, they always wanted to concentrate on alienware stuff and now they are going to and that is unfair, the better selection the better things are for different choices what happens if they do this to the business line too? The xps line was the best and awesome line ever.
