    After 1.10.1 BIOS Throttlestop not working

    Hi all,

    When opening i keep getting a popup saying, could not open winring0.dll. Anyone got a solution for this?

    Are you using Windows Defender? It sometimes blocks the WinRing0 driver which will prevent ThrottleStop from opening. Try using the free version of Avast and see if that makes any difference.

    There is a huge ThrottleStop thread on NBR. The link is in my signature. Post there and someone might have a solution for you. If you cannot get ThrottleStop working then I guess you will have to use Intel XTU.
