So I'm kicking myself for not getting the TV tuner option on my M1530. Is it possible to add one to the notebook internally?

I understand there are several external options out there. But I really know nothing about them. Any help getting sorted in this matter would be greatly appreciated. I'm trying to school myself!

I dont think you could install an internal one as theres nowhere on the casing of your laptop to have the inputs for it.

You could try a PCMCIA one (if they still have these in laptops or is it express card slots now?)

    or a USB one.

u cant add one internally... the TV tuner option on the M1530 sales page is an expresscard tuner (the slot where u put ur travel remote)

i'm personally loooking for a tv tuner that works seemlessly with media center(media center is the best application, lag-free and no crashes of the TV tuners that i've tested)[Pinnacle PCTV Pro, PCTV Ultimate, ATI analog tuner]... still looking...

Which was the best you've tried so far? Also, if anyone is in Toronto, I'm curious to hear which channels you've picked up...both HD and Standard. Want to make sure it's worth my while persuing.

If anyone is in USA, please recommend as well. I just want to be able to plug a cable connection into it to watch TV.
