It says in your sig you're dual booting XP and Vista... do you get these BSoDs in both installations? I'm guessing this is still a software problem, but it could be an early sign of, you know, chronic Nvidia 8-Series mobile GPU failure syndrome...

Looks graphics card related - if you're using drivers that are from Windows or from Microsoft Update, go to the nVidia website and install their drivers. If you're using drivers from the nVidia website, uninstall them and then run Microsoft Update to get their latest drivers.

Also, if you haven't been installing Windows updates, try that first.

If you keep getting BSODs and the STOP errors and faulting files keep changing (this one is 116/nvlddmkm.sys), that would be indicative of a more general hardware failure, probably the motherboard.

The 8600m is known faulty. That could be the cause of the problem.

Keep the GPU cool, then repair the OS.
