I was going to wait a bit to see if any coupons showed up, but my E1705 just bit the dust. I can spend ~$1,200 and I would like the upgraded GPU. Are there any deals available with what I'm able to spend?

There are some deals on the outlet for a 1st Gen. SXPS 16. The only difference is the Graphics card (3670 vs 4670).

If not, just purchase through their EPP. They have some bundle deals going on right now that aren't bad (no coupons that I know of). Remember, order over the phone and haggle to get a better price!

Check out BB, they originally had the XPS cheaper than you could configure it on Dell's site and the new offering is the same price minus teh blu-ray player but partially shows the new video card. It calls out the new one by name but mentions the wrong memory amount for it.

I can't find any in the outlet. And did the EPP price just go way up? It seemed like when I checked it earlier there was an instant 200 off. If they can afford to go that much cheaper I sure as hell am not going to buy it at full price.

hmm, i only see on bb a basic model for $1100, i don't even see an option to configure it.

btw i'm also looking for an offer for a new SXPS 16 (3 year warranty is important, so i can't go for outlet. too bad, i can't participate in EPP either)
