This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     hi,
    i am going to have my laptop replaced from dell after 17 month and i do not have the original package but i have everything else,,,,,is this a problem??????

    no they will send you the new laptop. Just sent your laptop back in the same box with powercord and you will be fine. that is what i did.

    Yes, nader...follow exactly whats been stated by tvdang7. Unless you are in India. In India they require you to send them your system first and then they will send your configuration for manufacture. Only Dell India does that.
