    Are XPS 16 Remotes the same as the M1330 Remotes?

    I called Dell and they sent me a 9-Cell Battery and Remote for my XPS 16 since the M1330 they replaced had them while the replacement didn't

    I got the package today, but the remote looks the exact same as the one from my M1330 and it doesn't work with my XPS 16

    Is it something with my computer, or did they send the wrong remote?

    I still have the original Dell Install on my computer with all the software (minus Mcafee)
