How are you going to manage that?

Exactly, dont act like these people ever did you a favor in their lives, they havent. If someone acts like they dont care what you're saying or not taking you seriously, ask for their managers. I've been in hour long fights on the phone talking to one manager, writing down what he said, then talking to another manager and rattleing off either uninformed remarks and ignorant shots at my intelligence to the new manager.

If I get dirt in the media buttons I use the tip of a tooth pick dipped in alcohol

I just don't want to risk disfiguring any part of the laptop. -

I'm real fussy with the laptop being clean, no fingerprints and in particular the screen being dust/hair free. I specifically went with a matte laptop rather than glossy for this reason, though it seems to be fruitless - there's always a few fingerprints on the top, and it's hard to actually get dust off the screen (rather than just moving it to the sides/corner). I'm doing very well given I use the laptop all day, every day though. I only use my desktop for media storage these days.
I didn't get a cloth with the laptop, but I did get one with my HDTV. Before closing the lid, I wipe the keyboard off with the cloth, then keep the cloth between the keyboard and screen when putting it back in the sleeve. What people don't consider is the amount of dust and hair that actually gather on the keyboard during the day, which then gets transferred onto the screen unless you put something in between. It's really helped, O only have to clean the screen once every few days now. -
Still no solution in cleaning the little dots above the media buttons?
