    Availability of XPS16 on Dell Outlet

    I've been watching the Dell Factory Outlet site for Studio XPS 16s and I've noticed that since a few weeks ago there's been no 1645 offered, virtually no 1647s and only a few 1640.

    Is this significant?

    I've seen a few 1645's in the past few days. You'd have to refresh nonstop for hours to get the right one. I don't know if that's worth your time though. Up to you.

    I remember looking on there a few weeks ago a few times and never saw a 1645 or a 1647 but there were about 3 pages of 1640's. I just looked right now and there's only one 1640. So I guess you just have to be lucky and check at the perfect time.

    I'd imagine that a lot of the 1645/1647s are being sent out as replacements for faulty 1640s...
