A long time ago I've locked my HDD and Bios with password. I know the HDD password because I'm typing it nearly everyday, but the BIOS password itself not. Is there any universal password ?? Or should I reset the settings, will that delete password ?

Sorry, but we cannot discuss bypassing security measures. You'll need to contact Dell about this, prove you are the original owner of the notebook, and they should be able to take care of you.
