Post the mini-dump somewhere and I'll see what I can do.
C:\Windows\minidump -
How to get to minidump. i copy and paste this to run program but didn't find anything.
-
No, you go into that directory and get the newest file in there. You can use windbg (Windows Debugger) to debug it and see what the problem is, or just upload the file to some hosting place and put the link here.
-
There is no minidump in the folder windows.
-
I took a note but this BSOD happened one month ago.
STOP: 0x0000007E (0XC0000005, 0X81EA411F, 0X80599C38, 0X80599934)
I have spoken today with a technician of DELL and we have run couple of test. no problem was found. so definitely it is a software issue. is there any software or anything that could help me to find out what's causing this problem? i do doubt my 3D Screen saver. but it could be anything else as well. -
Can't say definitely, as I ran through several tests that indicated the RAM was fine, but in the end it was the RAM. Minidumps make sending the error to others a lot easier, so you might want to try to troubleshoot this on your own with the MEMORY.DMP file.

Guys, i can't find my minidump folder. could u plz help me to locate it. it's not there where u said.
-
Do your BSOD trigger after any certain event? Like hibernation or something like that? If you feel unsure about the software part, why not do a clean install?
-
Did you read that article at all? The minidump directory is created WHEN a minidump is generated. Otherwise, you should have a full MEMORY.DMP file. Read the article, and you can learn to debug this on your own.
-
Oh man, i m still reading. this is to big article and they didn't talk about Vista
Edited: it's too complicated. i gave up reading. is there any other way? -
This is how debugging works. But if it's too complicated, then your BEST bet is to take it to someone who will read the article and work with you. Otherwise, just keep guessing and hope for the best.

Hy guys,
i uninstalled a suspicious program which might have caused that BSOD. but still now right a few minutes ago i have got the BSOD error. i left my laptop on, once i got back found that BSOD. so i took the note and powered off and on again. following is the error code
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
*** STOP: 0X0000000A (0XOO8AD4E4, 0X00000002, 0X00000000, 0X824781A1)
Plz guys analyse it for me and help me to get my pc repaired. thanks in advance. -
That error is usually poor memory management (bad RAM, bad controller, unstable voltage, etc) or a driver doing idiotic things (trying to page to address spaces that don't exist or where something else is already there). Take that, call Dell, ask for replacement RAM. You might even get a new mobo out of the deal.
