I have a CMO LED on my 1530. Is it normal to have a slight strip (about a cm in width) of backlight bleed at the top and bottom of the screen?

I had this on my original LED LCD on my XPS M1330. IMO, that screen was brighter than the replacement (which does not have the bleed). FYI, I did not replace because of the bleed, I replaced it because only 2/3 of the screen worked!
