I'm doing an EPP Discount Program for Dell XPS M1530, and it comes out to $1400 with the following specs: (I am going to call them right now to ask about any thing else I can get).
The Bold...250 GB Hard drive is 5400 RPM and since its part of the program, they are asking for $200 to upgrade to 250GB 7200 RPM. What do you suggest? If I do it, then the price will jump to about $1515.
Other than that, good deal?

Looks good but the $200 hard drive upgrade is not worth it.

The Fire Snake Notebook Virtuoso
Yeah HD upgrade from them is not worth it, you can get the WD 250GB 7200 rpm drive from Newegg for $140.

How'd you get such a deal? I build a computer similar and it comes out to be much more expensive

He uses EPP which is the employee discount program, it adds 12% off for 3-4 year warranty.
