well i managed to get £125 off my purchase yesterday by asking the Dell UK Rep on the phone for a discount, i named my price, £850 instead of £984 and he came back with £859. then he offered me 3 years warranty for only £30. so there are always better deals over the phone than online. just ask for a ridiculously low price, they will speak to their manager and get you a low price. and dont be afraid to ask really low. i asked £900 initially and he came back with a yes so quickly i knew i could go lower.

in terms of coupons there is a 5% sky perks deal, however you can get better deals by bargaining over the phone.

hope this helps! any other questions just reply

So the University deals. How would it work for a Canadian student who's going down to the states for university?
I have a friend who's heading to the University of Charleston, and I'm wondering if I can get him to get a laptop for me.
Would Dell ship up to Canada, or would he have to wait until he's down there?
Also, what about warranty issues. Would be be able to ship it to the Canadian depot, or would it have to go back to the US?
