    Best driver for studio xps 13(Win 7 64 bit)

    Hi Guys,

    Has anyone any recommendations on which driver to use on the studio xps 13. I tried to play fallout 3 with EVERYTHING turned off and set to the lowest resolution and it plays sooo slow. I had a macbook 2ghz with a geforce 9400 card before I went to the XPS and still managed to play it at 1280x800 on medium settings.

    I checked out a few reviews of the card and playing at these settings is way achievable but it seems like im having a driver issue?

    Any info or pointers would be greatly appreciated!

    I'd say use the drivers for the Alienware M17x (which install with no modifications needed on the 9500M GE)

    Yep. Dell/Alienware's site XD. I suggest 186.12 despite it being a beta driver.

    +1, I'm using those drivers right now and they seem to be the latest ones you can get for the SXPS 13 at the moment. Also haven't had any issues with them.

    I have installed the 186.12 drivers for the x17 and they are great! I can actually play fallout 3 now. I tried a bunch of other drivers including the latest ones for the xps 13 from dell and a lot of beta drivers from laptopvideo2go but they all sucked.

    Thanks for the pointer on the right driver. Appreciated.
