Did you call them? If it is not under warranty , then you'll have to buy a new charger. Not very expensive: around $50.

What is the wattage of your new charger ? Is it 130W (19.5 Volts, 6.7 Amperes) ? It is written on the power adapter.

Maybe the new one is not powerful enough to supply the required amount of power....

Then it could be a problem with the notebook’s power circuit/motherboard. Right now your best option is to contact ndc.co.uk. Ask a friend who can speak better English to help you. Or send an e-mail first.

I had a simuar problem and it was the power jack on the motherboard where you plug it in. It can get damaged from dropping when its plugged in. You need to remove the motherboard and have it tested and repaired. Best thing is to replace the motherboard and be very carefull in the future. Dont lend your laptop to anyone as they wont care for it properly.
