I'm gathering everything I need for a fresh install and I've got 2 quick questions.
I've disabled some features in the BIOS (USB charge, Bluetooth, Intel speedstep for Throttlestop and I think a few others) but will Vista recognize these things and the drivers install correctly if I leave them as is, or should I reenable everything before the boot?
Also, is there a list of what order each driver should be reinstalled?
Thanks in advance.

I'd leave everything enabled so that they get installed..then you can disable them once Vista is finished installing.

That's what I'm thinking. I don't know for certain though so I wanted to see what the more informed had to say.
I'm still not seeing anything for a specific order to install (and then update) the drivers. Does it not matter for this model? -
Commander Wolf can i haz broadwell?
You'll need to enable the devices for which you want Vista to install drivers. Else Vista will (try to) install drivers the first time these devices are enabled. I personally have not found driver installation to matter (except in one case with an old HP laptop, and even then, it was just two or three), but others insist on doing it a certain way.
Bios settings matter during Vista reinstall?
