    Blue or black?

    I ordered mine with "Midnight Blue", but I'm beginning to wish I'd gone for black. Guess I'll find out how I feel when it arrives.

    (blue is my fav. color)

    Though, mine is in the Red...(blue wasnt availi in 1/08)

    And, I lurves my *Scarlett* ;) :) She's a great lappy! And she *shines*

    You ordered it blue be happy with blue, cant change it now so dont worry about it.. just relish in the awesomeness of XPS blue.
    If you went with blue then that is what best reflects you.. personally i would consider blue but end up going with tuxedo black due to my personality. but always wonder about the blue ;) just order a 1730 went with somky gray but the blue seemed cool to, just not me...

    I ordered the blue and really like it. it is very dark and at first, in dim light I was convinced it was black! guess that is why it is called midnight blue . . . ;-)

    Blue is great as it looks drastically different under various lighting conditions. However I think both the blue and the black don't stand out enough. The Pink looks great but i'm male so a pink laptop really wouldn't suit me.

    Sometimes I wish the XPS stood out a bit more, as it is now only PC enthusiasts will really notice how gorgeous it is by first glance.

    I just ordered a studio as a suprise for my girlfriends 21st birthday and I got that for her in red as I know shes always wanted a red laptop.

    I personally prefer the black which is what i got, but all three seem to look very good so im sure you'll be happy with the blue.

    it looks decent, sleek, sexy n sophisticated... :cool:

    no offence to other colours.. :p

    oh but I did hear a lotta members complainin that the black colour is a fingerprint magnet... so if thats gonna be a problem, I suggest you look at red or blue...

    Red and Pink are the two that stand out the most.

    Both the black and blue look sleek and stealthy. The XPS in general just looks great and is lovely to own and use.

    I love my blue xps, I saw the tuxedo black one and it feels cheap in comparison with the midnight blue.

    I ordered the Blue laptop. I am very happy with it but I saw a red m1330 in the wild and I love that color, I must have gone with the red. If you want pics of the Blue one I have them posted in my Picasa Web Gallery Here

    The Blue looks awesome under white flourescent light and under natural light on a bright day. But under yellow light or a dimly lit room it looks gray/black.
    They all look good in my opinion. So in the end, I haven't helped you at all. :D

    I have the midnight blue and I think black is too similar to 99% of laptops out there.

    I got black, but then covered it with grey leather skin. The seams in the skin show the black underneath which complements the grey.
