    Just got my first one today while watching a video on youtube. is my laptop in danger? this is a m1530 btw

    What kind of BSOD? PAGE_FILE something? I suggest you keep using it more often and see if you get another BSOD. It could be something wrong with the hard drive or worse, it could be the motherboard. Keep using it. If it happens again... get a replacement by calling Dell Customer Care. You should not be getting any BSODs with a brand new laptop.

    Sometimes its certain conditions that trigger it. So do the same thing you just did and see if it BSODs again.

    I remember a program I used called WebDrive had issues and everytime I started a connection with it, it would BSOD. Though after getting a replacement, it didn't happen anymore.

    Test thoroughly.
