I bought an XPS 13 ultrabook two weeks ago, love this machine :)

Also bought logitech bluetooth headset and mouse to save usb ports. Both worked great but today the mouse (targus) stopped working. Headset still works fine.

    Chat with Targus online help

    Me My mouse stopped working
    Rep What OS you have?
    Me Windows 8
Rep That mouse is not compatible with W8 or W7
Me It's been working for 2 weeks
    Rep I'm awfully sorry

She then said it was probably working with some generic drivers that got wiped out by an update.

So I went to microft forum, other people having BT problems.. Someone suggested downloading broadcom BT drivers from Lenovo. Did that didn't work.

The mouse is listed in devices, status offline, can't delete it, system does not see it. When rebooting and BT mouse is on, I can see the arrow quivering like it knows it's there, but just does not work. Tried turning mouse off and on, hit reset button on bottom.

    Any suggestions?
