This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Booted into safe mode and my login password is not working

    I booted into safe mode on my 9550 and my regular login password is not working. So I can't get into the computer to switch back from safe mode. Any ideas?

    Never mind, I figured it out. I was trying to use my pin code vs the password.
