Hi. I bought a Dell XPS 15 off the UK website for £599 on the 31/07. A couple hours later I noticed the funds had been taken out of my bank account and I received an order confirmation email. Since the 31st my product has been in work in progress, but yesterday i checked my bank statement i noticed the funds were back in my account. I have had no email or change in order status, and was i wondering shall i ring dell up or wait for an email, etc. My estimated delivery date is the 25/08.

Same thing happened to me with my XPS17 in January. What Dell do is process a trial transaction to prove that you have the funds and the card is valid, but then they refund it immediately.
The money will not leave your account until Dell ship the machine around 25/08.
