    CD stuck or does not eject / Dell XPS 1530

    I had the same problem with my XPS 1530, CDs getting stuck in my drive, or drive would not eject. A simple and safe way to try to get a CD out of your drive is tilting your pc sideways while pressing the eject button and give you laptop a bit of a shake. That should resolve getting your CD out of the drive. I usually have this issue when using copied DVDs with labels on them.

    On the current xps series there is a pen nib sized button which is a emergency eject button. I dont know if yours has one but its worth a look.

    Can you tell me where the pen size button is? as the eject and shaking to the side has not worked
