to cut a long story short - i've installed everything on my SXPS 16 / Win7, except for CIR. used the official driver from dell's site, but after installing it, it seems that the system just doesn't recognize the transmitter as if it were absent at all.

could you please let me know how can i enable the transmitter and, in general, how to see if it's installed in the system at all (physically)? what's its name in the dell's service tag configuration list?

thank you a lot for assistance!
