Following the guide from " Cooling Central" , I ran the ORTHOS CPU stress tester. The maximum CPU temperature reached was 86 C.

Reading what others have said about CPU temps, this is definitely on the high side. Is this temperature something I should be really worrying about? Should I get Dell to replace my CPU?

Its not something to worry about. But whilst 86C is acceptable, cooler is always better for the long term. Undervolting should drop the temps significantly.
