    Hi.

    I have a dell xps 15 (l502x) from Spain. Dell Spain doesn't have the option to put 'backlit keyboard', but i see on ebay or 1 website this backlite spanish keyboard:

    says:

    My doubts are these:

    1- Is this keyboard 'original'? vendedor say 'yes' but i doubt.
    2- Does my xps have the backlite connector when i replace the keyboard? or backlite doesn't work on my xps.

    ebay says me:
    Hi, thanks for your message, yes, they are compatible, but, if your laptop doesn't have the backlit connector, the backlit function doesn't do work, is it ok for you?

    As far as I know, all L502X mobos have the connector on the mobo, it just depends on if the keyboard has the strip that connects the lighting. That keyboard might work if the seller can guarantee full compatibility with a money back guarantee.

    Otherwise, it's 100% possible to switch a non-backlit keyboard with a backlit one.
