    Can some one tell me what causing this BSOD?

    I had my computer running with a 3D screen saver at night . in the morning when i woke up found this nice BSOD(attached). but i couldn't figure out what has caused this problem. can some expert explain me plz?

    NB: My signature is my system configuration and i had Vista Ultimate running when i had this problem

    Can you restart the computer or go into safe mode?

    Stop: 0x00000024 is associated with NTFS file system.

    Yes, if you can restart in safe move, give that a try. Also, if you possibly can run chkdsk, that may help you resolve any issues with the partition.
    Worst case scenario is that the partition is corrupt beyond normal repair and will require a complete reformat.
