I think I have an HDMI problem. When I hook my TV (LCD, 1080p) to my sxps 1645 via HDMI, I get black bars at the top, bottom, left, and right. They're ~30-40 pixels on the sides and ~15-20 pixels on the top/bottom. I've tried all possible display settings and resolutions. I know it's not a problem with the TV, because when I hook up my girlfriend's m1530 it displays full screen, no problem. Anyone have any idea what might be the problem? Should I call Dell? The TV is a Sony KDL-52VE5, and my 1645 has the 1080p RGBLED, btw, and the HDMI works fine with my Dell 2407wfp monitor.

Interesting, I think I might be having the same thing with my new Samsung LN40C630 TV when I connect up my XPS16 via HDMI...

*edit: I only just got the TV, so I haven't had a chance to fully play around with it, but it is set for 1920X1080 (16:9), and I have tried other modes and settings, but it never completely fills the screen.

    I've had this problem before.

On my particular TV (Pioneer PRO-111FD), had to do with overscan/underscan. Look in the ATI settings for that.

Oh, wait, same thing Wusel said; whatever, that fixed it for me.
