I have Cyberlink Power DVD 8 and the 179.28 nVidia drivers on Vista x64

Everytime I try and play a Blu-ray on my HDtv connected via HDMI, I keep on coming up with an error.

'Cyberlink PowerDVD is not able to play the protected content on your digital output device. Please switch to an analogue output (VGA, D-Sub) and then try again. - (Error Code = 0110)

It seems to think the TV isn't HDCP compliant. I'm pretty sure I used to be able to do it.

I've tried it with the audio output to set either the laptop or through HDMI, I've tried disabling the internal LCD - nothing seems to work

Has anyone else had this error? Is the nVidia drivers or something I am doing wrong.
