After a clean install, installed "Dell Data Protection | Encryption" software on the Dell 9550. Immediately after that, Windows takes longer to load and login my session slower. The thing is, that app does not appear on "Add or remove programs". What a bad idea to install that bloatware.

Just clean format your machine again. And this time, don't install any software created by "Dell". The only thing you need to install from Dell is drivers; not software applications like this.

As a tech-saavy consumer, you don't need any of that crap. Dell applications are typically intended for consumers that don't know tech; or business customers.

I see. However there's something I liked: Dell PremierColor. It's fantastic to be able to change among several color spaces: Vibrant, DCI-P3, sRGB, Rec. 709, Rec. 601, Adobe RBD. Really love this, probably is the only software worth installing after all.

Dell PremierColor made Windows 10 Creator Update to crash continuously with several error codes, ends in a bluescreen:
    - CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED
    - VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE caused by igdkmd64.sys
    - KERNEL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION

I think a mod needs to check who this guy is as you could be bending over pants down to give your details to a scammer. Don't message him until a mod replies.

This fault will be the intel video driver, try running "DDU" http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html to remove all traces of the intel video driver (watch what options you pick) and give the official one on Dells site a go.

I have no problem being verified. I'm new to the community but might be able to offer assistance once the mods clear me.
