I've read numerous reviews about people canceling their order and being offered 'rebates' to keep the order.
Mine was a basebones-minumum waranty L502x that cost around $700+tax, I called to cancel cause I kinda wanted a better warranty and the faster processor, but they offered $75 to keep the order. (at first they offered $25 and I said no way). They didn't offer anything past this and I agreed to tactically retreat to their best deal.
I'm guessing that the minimum they will offer is roughly 10%. probably more for high profit sales.
This might help some getting the bottom line, its not exactly the best business practice, but I'm sure they were still making a profit.

I wanna try but I am afraid they will just cancel my order straight away.
Oh, this is also for Dell Outlet? or only for normal Dell.com? -
Roughly that, but it depends, and it is a gamble. Generally, if your only goal is to save money, you're kind of cheating. You should only really do it if you are serious about cancelling. Though unless you had some great deal that you can't use again, you can always reorder.

I have to agree with dakkona Its a gamble, some people had their orders canceled by mistake. And I know a few who've gotten credit extended warranty etc.Roll of the dice.My personal experience is plain and simple,It dependes who you get on the phone!
