My card reader has decided to start not working for some reason. I did a clean install when I got my notebook but it worked after I installed the drivers for it a couple weeks ago. I am getting error code 10 saying that the device failed to start.
I have reinstalled the driver and "checked for solutions" online to no avail. I would really appreciate some help![]()

Ricoh Chip Driver
Try downloading it and installing it.
If you have done that, then download the Notebook System Software and install it and then the Chip Driver. -
Well that somehow fixed the problem completely! It makes no sense because I installed the driver included on the drivers dvd from Dell for the same component and that didn't work at all
