    Hi,

    I borrow a new laptop Xpsl502x and today i had checked that the casing which is in silver colour is lose from under the heat sink and when i take up the laptop into my hand it's shounds like (tick) because of losing of silver case from the black and when it's touch to above black case when the actual heat sink is then make sound( tick ).



    Any help please. because it's my new laptop and i don't want this kinda rubbish.

    Sorry man, no one can understand what you're trying to say. If this is a new laptop, I assume it's under warranty, and you should most likely contact Dell support.
