    Hi!

I have a Dell XPS l501x notebook with i5-560M CPU and Nvidia GT420M graphics card with optimus. Is it possible to change the videocard to GT 435M without optimus?

    Thanks for your answers!
    Tom

You'll have to change the whole motherboard then and change your cpu to an i7.

Could you tell me the exact type of the motherboard and the cpu compatible?

    Thanks!

You'll need to look for an motherboard that has the gt 435m and this processor i7-740QM. personally I'd say sell your laptop and get the L502x with gt 525m and core i7.
