Hey everyone, just thought I'd mention this in case anyone is interested.
Have been checking the Dell site daily for the last month or so, and yesterday, most of the pre-configured XPS 16s disappeared. I know there are plenty of ways to snoop around and find systems, but I'm talking about from the main laptop page, and then checking the "Studio XPS" box. Also, the only coupon/deal left expires tomorrow. Of course, who knows if it means anything, but it's the only significant change I've seen in the last month or so.
I'm hoping it's GPU-related.

Sorry Charlie, I still see the 4670. -
Yeah, I know it's still there, like I said, this was just from the main laptop page, and then narrowing your selection by checking the Studio XPS box. Again, may mean nothing, but it was a change, and the coupons all still expire tomorrow.

From the dell website, going up to "For Home" then when it drops down go to "Laptops and Minis". Then click the "Speed and Design" tab then it will show the studio xps and the adamo. Click "Product Details" under the studio xps and you have the 4 configurations that have been there forever....

Nothing has changed. -
Yeh, I noticed the difference as the "Deals" tab from the header missing in home section with 48hr deals
Lets hope revised SXPS on its way

Yeah, some of them have been there forever, but at least when I go through the "studio xps" check-box, there are only two systems now, whereas for the last month or so there have been 5 I think. The configuration I was looking at for the last few weeks (it was an i7 for $1199) is gone.
