When I access support.dell.com, Canada, and enter my Service Tag, it says Chat Support is available only for Business, Healthcare, etc. When I click to use Chat Support, it says this:

    2. So, I click the link for Technical Support Email, which goes to this page:

    Dell Contact Technical Support

    That page says this:
Bizarre, as this system was purchased in Canada from Dell Canada.

    3. The printed manual that came with my XPS 15 lists two e-mail support adddresses: [email protected] and [email protected]. But, when I e-mailed to those addresses, messages bounced back saying “Address rejected”.

So, for home customers in Canada, Chat Support and E-mail Support appear to be unavailable.

yeah it's pretty messed up how shafted Canada gets with stuff like this. I've found the only route for us to get support is via phone.
