    Cheesy FPS "combat arms" is choppy on my spec'd out M1530??

    Whats the deal here? This game runs fine on my 2 year old xps desktop, but is so choppy on my higher end laptop that I cannot play?


    Whats the deal? You would think that with all this ram and good video card I would be able to play this stupid game...

    try throw out all the background apps craps that take up all the resources?

    hey, could you post your temperatures at the time of playing ? also were you on battery while playing?

    this could be because your gfx card downclocks for a number of reasons, but if you give me more info, i could narrow down and point at the guilty problem :D

    Fixed it.


    Turns out it was this crappy bluetooth mouse (from dell) that was choppy. Not the actual game.




    So, thats good! I plugged in a usb wireless mouse and all is well!
