I would like to ask something from you guys.
The story goes like this, I bought my Studio XPS 1640 from Malaysia, and now I'm studying in the UK. And it has been almost 7 months already I have been here.
I have 3 years warranty and 3 years complete cover, so how do I claim warranty?
Usually in Malaysia I will just send an email to them and they will send someone to fix my laptop.
But, currently I'm studying in the UK, so how am I going to claim it?
I found this number, 0844 338 1888, is it 24/7?
Is there any way I can just email them?
Or call them without being charge?
because I am studying far away from my country and need to do some savings a bit.

You could try using the online chat. They asked for my number in a chat session and then called me, one time, so then it's free.
No idea whether it's worldwide warranty or not though. -
Seems like using chat will be less hassle, usually at what time does the online chat available?
